Our 8-Step Process

We've developed an 8 step design process which we feel keeps things simple, but still provides enough interaction to insure your wishes are fulfilled.

 

1. Initial consultation, information gathering & concept development with customer.
2. Budget estimate prepared, general specifications developed, base selections completed by Clark Renovations.
3. Presentation of budget, concept, & specifications to customer.
4. Budget approval, commitment to proceed & deposit received from customer.
5. Contract & selections finalized by customer.
6. Permit application completed & approval obtained by Clark Renovations (if necessary).
7. Pre-production meeting held by Sales, Production Manager, and General Manager.  Job start date established.
8. Job start.
