Gamerooms The cost to make a basement gameroom can be very high. Generally walls are concrete, have to be firred out to hide plumbing and electric; the ceiling has exposed pipes that need covered; the floor generally slopes and needs covered; closets or partitions need built to hide the furnace, water heater, washer and dryer and maybe provide extra storage. If you're adding a powder room and the stack is not there already, we must dig up the concrete floor. Often we're dragging all building materials through the back door and kitchen and down the basement steps. Frequently the space in a newer home is absolutely huge. A ballpark number to use is $60-70 per square foot. There are newer building codes that regulate the imporance of a safe exit and new energy codes. Additional cost would be custom cabinets, a bathroom or mini kitchen.

Additions - Design - Build

We take great pride in the additions we design and construct. The best additions look like they've always been part of the home. We are very particular to duplicate the roof pitch to the existing home. We tint brick and stone mortar to look weathered like the rest of the home. We use quality products and do not cut corners. We provide all necessary drawings. We are generally not the cheapest price because we put so much emphasis in the details.
